First off, let me just say how excited I am to finally welcome you to our brand-new home on the web. After 31 years of slinging the best dry-rubbed chicken in the game, it was time we gave BJ Roasters a proper online nest.

If you’ve been riding with us since the early days—or if you just discovered us recently—you know we don’t cut corners when it comes to flavor. That’s been true since day one in 1994, when we opened our doors with one mission: serve real-deal chicken with soul, seasoned with a dry rub that’s been passed down, perfected, and protected like family treasure.
