Is my diet plan kind of good?
Breakfast 3/4 cup of honey nut cheerios with about a 1/4 cup of whole milk.
lunch I had a subway sub 6" subway club with wheat bread, lettuce, green peppers, and a little bit of honey mustard.
snack was a 90 calorie special K bar.
Dinner was just a small side salad with grilled chicken.
I used to drink mountain dew all day, and only ate fast food. I have been on a diet for about 4-5 days and I have lost 6 pounds, I think that it is mainly water weight though.
I just need some help I am actually serious about loosing weight and any help or guidance will be appreciated!!
I also only drink water, 8 glasses a day. Every other day I drink 8 ounces of orange or apple juice.

Breakfast: Great fiber ! Consider skim milk... Maybe some more protein and fruits or veggies? And maybe just plain cheerio? honey nut adds extra calories.
Lunch: Well, its good ! But remember that those are HUGE buns so you may want to switch it up every so often with a wrap , salad or soup.
Snack: Get some more nutrients in there, that is a small snack , you could add:
Some mixed vegetables
Some probiotic Yogurt
Any type of fruit!
Dinner: If you are going to have a small dinner , then maybe you should consider getting some what of a larger lunch.
Make sure you figure out what servings of fruit and veggies , fiber etc. you need and already have, follow that! Don't go on weight go by feel , if you feel better, you are better
