How do I properly clean my Saeco Magic espresso machine?
I recently inherited my parents old saeco magic fully automated espresso machine. They got a new one, and gave me the old one, but they lost the manual ages ago. Its about four years old, and i don't think they ever cleaned it out in any way - i've scrubbed out all the easily removable parts, such as the bean container and trays, and there was rancid fats/oils stuck on it. I want to descale it, but I'm hesitant to try without knowing how, and I also want to find out if i can clean the grinder in it, because if there was rancid stuff on one part it's kind of a sure bet it's in other places as well. If someone could even point me in the way of an online manual, that'd be awesome! Thanks!
