What are espresso beans versus coffee beans?
And is one better for you than the other? Like is espresso better or worse for you than coffee? Or no difference.

Espresso is coffee made with hot water under pressure. Regular coffee is made by dripping water through the beans or steeping the beans in water (french press).
Any coffee beans can be used for either, but most people prefer blends for espresso (mixing beans to get properties of one to hide flaws in another). Espresso can be made two main ways; either with a fancy machine (electric or manual pressure) or with a stove top moka pot. If you don't want to invest a small fortune in the machine & a good grinder, the moka pot is a better option. Plus it's not as finicky so you can make good espresso without too much effort.
If done right, all coffee is good. Each method give a different experience & some like one more than another. As to health; paper filters remove the oils from coffee & the oils have been shown to cause cholesterol and vascular problems in some people (esp. smokers) so drip coffee with a paper filter is healthier if you're worried.
