How many tea bags would I need to brew tea in a 4 cup coffee maker?
and how much water do I need to add after a I brew it?
Making some southern style sweet tea. Gonna get hopped up on the good stuff.
In a 4 cup maker, IF you are making a 2-quart pitcher, you'll need 4 tea bags and then after you brew the four cups of tea, add 1/2 c sugar to the hot tea and then add cold water or cold water and ice to chill...Be sure you stir and melt the sugar BEFORE you add the cold water!!
It's really good when you make it like this!
