You need to use Newton's Law of Cooling, which is this:
T(x) = A + (T0 −A) e^(-kx)
where T(x) is the temperature of the object at time x. A is the ambient temperature of the environment, T0 is the initial temperature of the object, and k is a constant that depends on the material properties of the object.
In this case, T(x) = 20 + (95-20)e^(-kx)
70 = 20 + 75e^(-1x/70)
50/75 = e^(-x/70)
2/3 = e^(-x/70)
ln (2/3) = -x/70
-70ln(2/3) = x = 28.4 minutes
