Mocha recipe?
Hello I used to work for Arabica in Cleveland and I am trying remember what the recipes is for their Mocha, I know that Phoenix Coffee uses the same recipe. I know the ingredients (half & half, Hersey syrup, milk and toddy) but I need the correct measurements needed. Can someone help me out?
I found it and if anyone else may be interested here it is. I hope everyone has a great day!
Pre-made Café Mocha
o1 ½ quarts of Half & Half
o1 Gallon of Skim Milk
o2 cups of Chocolate Syrup
o60oz of Toddy
Combine 1 gallon of skim milk and 1 and ½ quarts of half and half, add the chocolate syrup (you may want to add some of the half and half to the measuring cup to get all of the chocolate it will make thick chocolate milk) then add the 60 ounces of toddy and finally shake well.
