How well do hot air popcorn poppers work for roasting coffee beans?
Not as well as you would think. Too much condensation on the beans makes them go rancid quicker and they never reach a "full city". So they still taste good, but could be A LOT better.
However, if you already have the popper I say try it. Might have better luck than I did. Its not like those air poppers are any good with pop corn anyway lol. However they do make it smell awesome.
It is pretty satisfying knowing you had a hand in making your own beans though....
