Help me with my Information Technology homework,please! It's urgent.?
1)Your teacher would like to keep a bank of past GCSE questions on a certain subject such as history. She does not want to have to type them all in but she may want to alter them slightly using her wordprocessor. What do you suggest?
2)A video library would like to have a new way of recording the membership number and video number when a video is rented. At present the 6 digit number of the member and video are typed in and this causes a lot of errors. Which alternative method could they use?
3)A building society is thinking of introducing a new cheque book account. Which input method would be best for the process of cheque clearing?
4)A firm runs an aptitude test with multiple choice style answers for all job applicants. The applicants first take the test and if they pass they are given an interview. The whole test (usually around 50 sheets) needs to be marked quickly and accurately whilst the applicants are having a coffee break. Which input device could be used?
K lets go! (Assuming you have MS and not Apple) :
1) Use a scanner (with text recognition) to scan the documents in. Use the scanners program for text recognition to recognize the writing. Save them in a MS word file so they can be altered later.
2)Use a database system such as MS Access to set up user and video ID tags. these can be entered and a list of all video and
Client data can then be accessed to alter etc.
3) Sorry can't help with this one!!! 
4)Use a PC with GUI (graphical user interface) to present the test. Let the user uses the mouse to click the correct radio button (little round click button) to enter their answer. Use a program that was written for the company that automatically checks the users answer and adds up the total as they go. This program can easily be written in Delphi.
