what exactly can i eat if i have acid reflux?
i kno i should stay away from:

• Orange juice
• Lemon
• Lemonade

• Mashed potatoes
• French fries
• Onion, raw
Meat
• Ground beef, chuck
• Marbled sirloin
• Chicken nuggets

• Sour cream
• Milk shake
• Ice cream
• Cottage cheese, regular
Grains
• Macaroni and cheese
• Spaghetti with sauce
Beverages
• Coffee, decaffeinated or regular
• Tea, decaffeinated or regular
Fats / Oils
• Salad dressing, creamy
• Salad dressing, oil & vinegar
Sweets / Desserts
• Butter cookie, high-fat
•caffiene
• Brownie
• Chocolate
• Doughnut

so what is there left to eat??

There are lots of guidelines, but not everyone is the same in what they cannot eat.
If you are just starting out on this fun filled ride, I would suggest cutting out acidic, greasy and spicy foods.
Stop eating after dinner when you are not well controlled, except for an apple every night in early evening.
Raise your head in bed, either with pillows, lifting the bed frame head or sleep elsewhere, like in a recliner.
The only thing I know to take for night time reflux once it has already occurred is alka seltzer.
I would suggest going to a doctor for prescription meds, which work wonders.
DO NOT let this go uncontrolled long term, as there can be really serious consequences.
