Why Do I have deeo (very ugly) dark under eye circles?
Which of these reasons might it be?
1. I haven't eaten much red meat products lately for the past couple of months (iron deficit).
2. my studies requires me to be on the computer 8 hours a day
3. I have had a history with peptic ulcer, but the symptoms have improved significantly in the past couple of months.
4. lately I have been under a lot of stress. I do get enough sleep, but sometimes I don't sleep like I should.
Also, Do you think i have a liver or kidney problems, because I read dark eye circles can be related to that. I don't have any pains unless I drink coffee.
Everyone even the healthiest person can get dark under eye circles. It could be from stress to just not getting enough of the right vitamins.

While resting, try to apply eye masks made of fresh cucumber slices or moist cold tea bags.
Overnight face and under-eye creams with Vitamin K and retinol can reduce the dark circles under your eyes.
Staying well hydrated and reducing your salt intake can also get rid of dark circles under your eyes
The only way you could have kidney or liver problems would be if a family member did, that would be the most likely thing.
