How many calories are in instant coffee?

Is there any calories in Folgers Classic Roast Instant Coffee?
If there is how much is in a teaspoon?

I am wanting to know so if it did have calories, I don't drink too much of it and then there would go my whole breakfast.

'Negligible' is what the pack always says - if its black it is basically calorie-free....
Personally i'm a coffee addict, and can't stand instant so drink it from my flask made in one of those italian metal things with cardamon pods, so that if anything, has more calories, and i don't count it, to no detriment.

Bear in mind, if you're a diet-follower of some sort, some claim it speeds your metabolism, and some think caffeine is so evil it will disrupt your blood sugar and sabotage weight loss......

I'm not in agreement with the former, given more Mid Eastern and Mediterranean roots, but go with the idea that black tea and coffee don't have anything worth counting, unless you want to divide 3 by 80 etc.

Enjoy coffee AND breakfast (especially oatmeal, i now want coffee and oatmeal, even though there is pasta in the pan - i blame you )
