Is this enough food??? ... if I'm trying to get a few pounds off by saturday?

My body loses at least a few pounds quickly by not eating much.

Breakfast: Fiber One yogart...Caribou Coffee granola Bar

Lunch: 6 Melba Toast crackers with 2 Light Laughing Cow cheese wedges ... applesauce

Snack: Jello Sugar Free Rice pudding

Dinner: Lean Cuisine Meal.. green beans... 2 slices whole grain low cal/carb toast

I am also doing 6 flights of stairs 3-4 times at work.... then before dinner walking my husky 30 min. and doing my eliptical 30 min
I cannot function if i fast.. and I dont want to pass out... or lose my job from going off on someone from the grouchiness and irratability it would cause.

I agree with above that it is NOT safe at all to love a few pounds in a few days, but if you want to feel better and more in shape in that slight period of time, I would replace the Caribou Coffee granola bar and the Lean Cuisine with something fresh or homemade. Though both are low on calories, calorie count is actually a very inaccurate measure of healthiness and those things both pack a lot of sodium which is horrible for you (and inhibits weight loss). I would recommend (and this is just my recommendation):

Breakfast: FiberOne Yogurt; fresh fruit

Lunch: Melba Toast crackers with cheese, applesauce, and a small salad

Snack: chips and salsa, carrots and hummus, or a piece of fruit (will keep you full MUCH longer than Jello)

Dinner: green beans, 2 slices whole grain toast (just regular whole grain, getting it low cal/low carb means they added something else in along the way), some kind of meat (grilled chicken, salmon, or tofu/veggie burger)
