tried many times to drink black coffee but always felt it not tasty?
i tried lot many times to drink black coffee, but i serious dont like it
well i m a regular coffee freaky but with milk, and not i want switch it to black coffee, as it is more gud for health
can any body tell me how to start with this
do i use lots of sugar in starting???????
it is quite not very gud taste
how to start??????
the only thing to do is to drink the coffee black until you like it, or quit drinking it. adding sugar will do nothing but add completely useless calories (at least the milk and its fat have some nutritional value). black coffee is an acquired taste. I had to give up all milk products for a while while my daughter was nursing, because of a protein sensitivity she developed to cows milk. had to start drinking black coffee. was never a real fan, but now that i'm used to it, i never switched back to coffee with cream after my daughter stopped nursing. i like it just fine now, and find the coffees with cream or sweetener too fatty & sweet for my taste.
