What kind of french press is best? What kind of coffee to go with it?
I want to get a french press as a gift. I am looking at a 4 cup press at target.com for under $25. Is this the best kind? How does the coffee get warm? I did not see a plug in... also, I read that I may need courser coffee grinds for this thing. The person I am giving this too has shown a preference for robust coffees, like Sumatra. Can you tell me where I can get the right kind of coffee for this?
I would recommend the Bodum French press and during this season, I think u get pretty good discount and probably can get one for about $30.00.
For french press, you need real hot water, pour into the press, let is seep then plung it in to press the flavour out.
Hmm, your friend likes Robusta? So, she likes strong coffee? Note that Robusta gives the strength while Arabica gives the flavour and aroma, so I would think a 30% robusta and 70% arabica would be great for your friend profile.
